OUR STORY
Burnt Sugar began in a crooked Somerset cottage where chef Dominique Goltinger turned his seasonal finds into feasts while marketer Emma Bebb turned them into gatherings worth talking about. Two kids, countless foraging walks and one ever-smoky barbecue later, we’re still doing the same thing on a bigger scale: pairing seasonal West-Country produce with stories that linger long after the last plate is cleared. If Dom leads the kitchen, Emma shapes the conversation - together we cook, pour and plot experiences for people who like their evenings unhurried and their food full of place.
